Artificial intelligence has already arrived in the day-to-day work of many organisations - often used pragmatically, sometimes associated with uncertainty and rarely systematically classified. Between promises of efficiency and scepticism, the question of a responsible and realistic approach is increasingly arising.
The event at the Future Work Lab Krefeld combines concrete practical examples with a technical categorisation from
university and research. The focus is not on individual tools, but on work processes, organisational issues and
skills.
We will discuss these together:
- Where is AI being used sensibly today?
- Which expectations are realistic - and which are not?
- What role do leadership, qualifications and responsibility play?
