We live and value diversity at our university. We also express this in our commitment to the Diversity Charter .
We raise awareness of the diversity of students and employees and we develop measures to meet their requirements for university life.
As part of the Stifterverband's diversity audit "Vielfalt gestalten" (Shaping Diversity ), we have developed a variety of ways to make diverse groups of people and their interests visible and support them in everyday university life. We are now successively implementing these tools and measures.
We are involved in the state program "Inclusive University" to enable students with disabilities or chronic illnesses to participate equally in university life. This involves, for example, digital accessibility or the barrier-free equipment of classrooms.
