To inquire about the availability of an item, please fill out the form below. We will let you know as soon as possible which or how many of the items are currently available.
Payment process
Currently there are two ways to pay. You can either use the pay machines at the West, MG or South Campus (only EC card payment possible), or you will receive an invoice from us and transfer the amount.
Payment at the automatic pay station: After you have requested items and decided to purchase them, you pay at one of the pay stations. The prices shown are gross prices.
Locations of the pay stations: Campus West - vestibule of the library, Campus MG - Building W foyer, Campus South - Building A next to the Infopoint.
Payment by invoice via bank transfer: After you have requested items and decided to purchase them, we will be happy to issue an invoice. As soon as we receive the bank transfer receipt (e.g. screenshot online banking), we will ship the goods. The prices shown are gross prices. For purchases for business purposes, please specify budget and cost centers, a corresponding option is available in the request form.
Shipping
If you make a deposit at one of the automatic pay stations, we will send the ordered item by internal mail to the desired issuing point and inform you when it can be picked up upon presentation of the receipt.
In case of purchase on account, the shipment for university employees will be made by in-house mail.
For external orders, the shipment can be made to the desired issuing office; alternatively, we offer shipment by Deutsche Post as an insured parcel at a special price of € 5.14 (incl. VAT).
