Choosing a course of study: University advises prospective students

The Hochschule Niederrhein is taking part in the nationwide Student Advice Open Evening campaign. The offer is aimed at prospective students who would like to apply for the winter semester and still need guidance in choosing a course of study. On June 15, between 4 and 7 p.m., interested parties can take part in workshops, attend lectures and receive individual advice.

The ten faculties will be represented with information booths. Prospective students will have the opportunity to ask questions about their desired degree program and can speak directly with contacts in the faculties. In addition to traditional full-time studies, dual, trial, career-integrated or part-time studies are also available at the Hochschule Niederrhein.

Parallel to the information booths, there will be presentations on the following topics: from 16:00 to 16:45 - "Neuland Studium", 17:00 - 17:45 - "Studying with a Handicap", 18 - 18:45 - "Financing Studies".

Student Services will be on hand to answer questions about applications and registration. Interested parties can also take advantage of advice from the Federal Employment Agency. The Arbeiterkind.de initiative will provide information on all aspects of student financing.

The entire program is available under: www.hs-niederrhein.de/langer-abend.

The Open Evening will take place at the Krefeld South Campus, Foyer of Building J, Obergath 79, 47805 Krefeld.
