On 18 and 19 July 2025, the Faculty of Design at Hochschule Niederrhein (HSNR) invites you to a faculty exhibition on the Krefeld West campus (Frankenring 20). Students and graduates will present their semester and theses there.
The event will kick off on Friday evening (18 July, from 6 p.m.) with a farewell ceremony for the graduates and a vernissage. On Saturday (19 July, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.), visitors will have the opportunity to discover the students' diverse work - from typography, editorial design, motion design and photography to 3D printing and numerous product ideas from the Project and Object Design degree programme.
The faculty exhibition will be complemented by a varied supporting programme. Prospective students will gain insights into studying design at the HSNR in the lecture "Your design - your studies". Portfolio advisory services for the aptitude interview will also be offered. Visitors can get to know the Faculty of Design better in workshops and during guided tours of the workshops and campus.
On the ground floor, the faculty will be presenting this year's prototypes for the Krefeld Christmas cup. Visitors have the opportunity to vote for their favourite here.
At the HSNR Future Work Lab (Petersstraße 122), the "Aerosol! Street Art Tour" in Krefeld, which ends later at the Faculty of Design. Under the title "Proximity, Sustainability and Neighbourhood", visitors will find inspiration in the newly created campus garden.
