Lean Production Paper by Prof. Dr. Patrick Pötters presented at International Conference

On May 22nd, at the 17th International Conference on Industrial and Engineering Sciences in Barcelona, the paper entitled "Implementation of Lean Production in Business Enterprises: A Literature-Based Content Analysis of Implementation Procedures" by our professor Dr. Patrick Pötters was presented online. The paper was written in cooperation with the working group Production Management & Business Excellence of Prof. Dr. Bert Leyendecker at the HS Koblenz.

The paper deals with the investigation of different implementation approaches for Lean Production in companies and aims to provide a structured overview of these different approaches. It answers the question of what differences and similarities exist between the various systematic approaches and phase models for implementing lean production.

The paper has now been published in the International Journal of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering under the following citation:
