As part of the research project in the winter semester 22/23, six students dealt with answering various research questions on the topic of returns at Douglas.

Last week, the project team visited the Douglas headquarters in Düsseldorf together with Dr. Silvia Zaharia and presented the research results. In order to gain new insights into the shopping behavior of Douglas customers, a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire and a qualitative survey with the help of a focus group were conducted. The students derived strategy and action recommendations for Douglas from the research findings.
