iPattern at VISAPP'18 in Funchai

At the VISAPP conference, M.Sc. student Christian Neumann and professors Regina Pohle-Fröhlich and Steffen Goebbels presented their current work.

Two papers previously presented for the first time in the Institute of Pattern Recognition (iPattern) master's seminar have now also been presented by doctoral student Christian Neumann and professors Regina Pohle-Fröhlich and Steffen Goebbels at the International Conference on Computer Vision Theory and Applications (VISAPP) in Funchal, Portugal.

One of the conference papers examines the application of a neural network for the segmentation of blood vessels in medical image processing. The other paper deals with the calibration of photogrammetric point clouds using a 3D city model. The conference papers can be downloaded via the links below.
