Your MBA application proceeds in the following steps
1. prepare documents
2. register in the online portal of the Hochschule Niederrhein
3. submit application
4. make registration
To 1: Prepare documents
For your application, you will need the documents listed on the right in digital form. Please prepare the documents to have them available for the further process.
to 2: Register in the online portal of TheHochschule Niederrhein
Go to the online portal of The Hochschule Niederrhein hio.hs-niederrhein.de (you may still need to select the application portal) and register. You will then receive a welcome e-mail with an activation code that you can use to complete your registration. You can then proceed to step 3.
Step3: Submitting your application
Use the online portal of The Hochschule Niederrhein to submit your application for admission to studies. To do this, you must enter the required data under "Application for admission" or "Your desired degree programme" and select the desired degree programme
- Study location: Mönchengladbach, Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Type of study: Part-time, Degree programme: MBA Leadership & Management
- With which specialisation semester do you want to start the studies?: 1st specialisation semester
- Admission type: Local admission restriction (by hand).
You will then be asked to provide further details and upload the prepared documents (from step 1). Please note that you can revoke your application for admission to the MBA program vis-à-vis the Institute of Applied Business Administration and Economics (IAW GmbH) within a period of two weeks after receipt of your application in the university's online portal.
To 4: Make registration
After examination and admission by the faculty, you will receive an e-mail asking you to log in again to the applicant portal to find out more about the application status. In the online portal you will find the button "Apply for registration". Please fill in only the fields marked with an asterisk (*). Please send the signed application for registration to the student office (Nicole Blum: nicole-blum(at)hs-niederrhein.de).
After registration has taken place, you will receive your account data (incl. student registration number and library access, etc.) by e-mail. In the online portal for students you will find further important documents and services. At the same time, you will receive a letter of admission from the IAW Institute of Applied Business Administration and Economics (IAW GmbH).
