Short description

In addition to sound basic business knowledge, you will acquire comprehensive professional knowledge in the fields of tax, auditing and law right from the start of your studies. With a Bachelor of Arts degree, you will have a wide range of options for direct entry into professional life:

  • from the traditional auditing business in an auditing firm or the tax department of a company
  • to consulting tasks in a tax consultancy firm or management consultancy
  • through to careers in science, research and teaching education.

Whether you work for a medium-sized company or an international corporation, the pharmaceutical industry or a government agency - you can find jobs in almost every conceivable sector and industry, in public administration and in associations and organisations.

You will also lay the foundation for later self-employment as a tax consultant or auditor with studies in Taxation and Auditing. In both cases, several years of professional experience in the relevant specialisms and an additional exam are required after completing your studies.
