Short description

The Bachelor's degree programme in Applied Therapeutic Sciences provides students with a basic qualification in management issues, specialist scientific work and interdisciplinary communication and qualifies them for middle management positions in companies in the constantly growing healthcare sector. Later areas of employment include general hospitals, rehabilitation centres, day clinics, integrated care, research facilities, workplace health promotion and quality assurance.

University entrance qualification
  • Entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (school and practical part)
  • general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
  • higher education entrance qualification obtained abroad
  • Other previous education recognised as equivalent

Special enrolment requirements
Proof that the applicant is currently undergoing apprenticeship training as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist at a cooperating technical college and is completing this apprenticeship in accordance with the standards set out in the cooperation agreement (start of technical college training in the previous winter semester)
