Lecture (Wednesday, 09.12.2026): This module introduces basic concepts of electronics using light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Topics covered include why LEDs work differently to traditional light bulbs, the role of voltage, current and series resistors and how simple circuits are constructed. The specialisation focuses on understanding functional relationships - without assuming any formal prior knowledge.
Internship (Saturday, 12/12/2026): Various LED circuits are constructed and expanded on the basis of the familiar construction kit. Simple variations of the circuit make it possible to immediately see how changes affect the illumination of the LEDs. The practical part invites you to try out, compare and develop further and offers space for questions and your own ideas.
