Following the presentation of the results of a student survey at The Hochschule Niederrhein on the topics of "brain drain" and "entrepreneurship", the project team, consisting of Prof Dr Angelika Krehl and Christina Masch, discussed with regional stakeholders how our region can move even closer together in order to work together to secure skilled labour and promote entrepreneurial thinking and action among young people in the region. The results of this lively and informative exchange were incorporated into the recommendations for action for regions affected by brain drain. These recommendations for action are one of the products of the ENDORSE project and will be published on the project website in early 2025.
