Body.Power.Gender. In this workshop, the conscious and unconscious staging of gender through photographic staging and media representation will be analysed and then transferred to the participants' own body language.
The performative character of gender will be made visible with the participants in body, expression and voice and its origins will be questioned together, including its meaningfulness. At the same time, the aim is to work out how (unconscious) expectations of gender performance shape everyday life and one's own professional role (in one's own perception, in the perception of the other person, in the structures of the institution and in the patriarchal social order).
Finally, gender-neutral behaviour patterns will be tried out and "atypical communication strategies" tested with the aim of adopting them in the long term.
