Navigating calmly through stormy times: in this workshop, participants will learn how to strengthen their resilience in a targeted manner and how to deal with stress at work in a mindful way. Breathing and mindfulness exercises promote inner calm, while elements of positive psychology focus on resources and positive emotions. The aim is to become a stronger, more focussed and self-confident master of challenges.
Objective:
- Recognising and understanding your own resilience factors
- Identify and reflect on stressors
- Use mindfulness and breathing techniques in a targeted manner
- Using positive emotions and resources for more serenity
- Develop strategies to maintain long-term health, focus and performance
