Dr Sandra Schwark: Bystander interventions in cases of sexual harassment
Sexism in the workplace manifests itself in many forms - one of which is sexual harassment. The lecture provides an overview of different forms of sexism, highlights the legal foundation course (AGG and criminal law) and focuses on the possibilities of active civil courage in the professional context: How can colleagues, managers and other people involved intervene as so-called "bystanders" and support those affected? In addition to theoretical approaches, practical intervention options will be presented. Afterwards, there will be room for questions and discussion.
