The Hochschule Niederrhein's Equal Opportunities and Inclusion Officers are offering a self-defence course for university members with physical disabilities. The course is organised by the empty hands e.V. association from Mönchengladbach and offers you a valuable mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application to strengthen your personal safety.

Course content:
- What is self-defence, emergency assistance and exceeding self-defence?
- Which objects are considered weapons and what are the legal considerations?
- Insight into the police crime statistics
- Tactical behaviour to avoid dangerous situations
- Practical exercises: Defence and rescue techniques
This course is aimed at all members of The Hochschule Niederrhein with physical disabilities and offers a protected, appreciative environment for joint learning and personal development.
