This year, the motto of the day of action is "Inspire Inclusion". The aim is for women to be included and seen as equals.
It is also about valuing women in their diversity, including in terms of origin, age, religion and identity.
The Women's Assembly of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences will also take place on the same day. The gender equality work at the university as well as the activities and offers of Gender Equality 2024 will be presented and the wishes and suggestions of the participants will be asked.
