Not only did this give us an insight into a place of study and work at FB03, we were also able to enamel ourselves. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lake and Theresa Gielen, the participants diligently went into production and everyone was able to create several small pendants and decorations, which were then put into the oven at 800°C.
The time that the workpieces needed to cool down could be spent at the vegan buffet or by making a reservation for our museum visit at the beginning of 2026. At the end of January/beginning of February, PrideProgress will be travelling to the Kunstsammlung NRW in Düsseldorf to visit the "Queere Moderne" exhibition. All information and registration will follow soon.
And have you seen our new stickers in cooperation with the AStA Queer oral presentation? Laura Tröller has designed eleven motifs centred around the LGBTQIA+ community.
The next network meeting will take place at the Mönchengladbach campus in the 2026 summer semester. Do you have any wishes and ideas for activities at the meeting and outside? Then write to us at: prideprogress(at)hsnr.de
Many thanks to Prof. Lake and team for the organisation in the lab and to our assistants Mareike Schlangen and Katja Ollig for the preparation.
