This programme brings together twelve talented female graduates from the university with experienced mentors from regional companies.
The mentoring programme aims to counteract the shortage of skilled workers by bringing qualified young women into contact with the professional world at an early stage. It supports the graduates in recognising and developing their strengths and prepares them for future specialist or management positions.
The tandems were brought together by Kirsten Wittke-Lemm, Prof Ralf Kampker, Pola Jungmann and Dr Sandra Laumen. The tandems will meet regularly until November 2025 to exchange ideas. They will also take part in profile-building workshops and gain insights into future topics at the companies.
