Our student intern Fabiana Waletzke prepared a quiz for visitors to our stand with questions about gender equality, the university and STEM topics in general. We noticed that: Most people are aware of gender equality as a legal mandate and institution, as well as the departmental equal opportunities officers, but there is clearly some catching up to do when it comes to listing famous female scientists!

In addition to the quizzes, you could take a souvenir photo of the campaign days at our stand, print it out and take it with you. Many groups of people took up our offer: school classes, parents with their children, student project groups and even some of our staff had their photos taken.

We are happy about two successful event days and will also be present at the big open day in June.
