Such carers can also be found among students. In the 2021 student survey, around 11% of students stated that they care for relatives. However, there has been little research on this group to date and relatively little support from universities.
In this event, we will present research results from three projects. We will report on who caring students are, what challenges they experience in their everyday lives and how universities can support them. We also hope to engage in dialogue with participants about their experiences with caring students.
The target group is anyone interested in the topic.
