International Women's Day 2025

International Women's Day on March 8 is a day of solidarity on which we draw attention to equality and women's rights worldwide. It is a day to celebrate achievements, but also to draw attention to the ongoing challenges that women still face in our society.

We are also actively committed to gender equality at The Hochschule Niederrhein. An important part of our work is the Women's Assembly in accordance with Section 18 (5) LGG NRW, which will take place this year on March 10, 2025.

What can you expect?

Information: We will present the diverse activities and offers of the Equal Opportunities Office over the past year and give you a preview of what is to come.

Exchange: We would like to enter into a dialog with you, take up your wishes and suggestions and consider together how we can further improve gender equality work at the university.

Networking: The Women's Assembly offers a good opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, make contacts and stand up together for a fairer working world.

Participation in the Women's Assembly is possible during working hours. We look forward to a lively participation and a constructive exchange with you!
