In their book "When the last woman leaves the room" (Ullstein), the two authors Vincent-Immanuel Herr and Martin Speer provide an insight into the thoughts of men on the subject of gender equality. They show how deeply ingrained sexist patterns of thought and behaviour are, how we can question them and invite men to become allies for gender equality.
