The following events for female employees will take place this year in cooperation with Equal Opportunities and HR Development:

Positive self-management for women - impulses for more success and satisfaction

> Online introduction to 01.10.2025, 10-12:00am

> Presence in Krefeld-Süd, 10.10.2025, 9-15:00 hrs

Positive female leadership! In this workshop, participants learn to use the principles of positive psychology to strengthen their well-being and utilise their potential in a targeted manner. They will learn about positive leadership with a focus on positive emotions, strengths, relationships, purpose and goal achievement and develop their own strategies. The programme also focuses on reflecting on personal sources of strength and dealing with challenges and mental load. Participants are given concrete impulses to appear authentic and grow in the long term through self-care.

Objective:

  • Gain knowledge of the principles of positive psychology and positive leadership
  • Get to know the principle of successful self-control through a positive attitude to life
  • (Re)discover and utilise your own strengths
  • Experience the importance of working together and for each other for sustainable success
  • Act confidently, authentically and coherently in a professional context
  • Develop individual solutions for greater well-being

 

Coherent self-management and working on strengths

Description: Use your own superpowers in a targeted way: This workshop focuses on consciously working with personal strengths. Based on positive psychology, participants will receive impulses on how strengths can be recognised, strengthened and used in a coherent way. Elements from MBSP (Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice) combine knowledge of strengths with mindfulness and make your own sources of strength tangible. The workshop provides impulses for effectively utilising potential and flourishing both professionally and personally.

Objective:

  • Recognising your own strengths and using them in a targeted manner
  • Understanding signature strengths and developing potential with ease
  • The right balance - reflecting on the use of strengths
  • Using strengths in a targeted manner in a professional context and when facing challenges
  • Developing strength-orientated self-management

 

Emotional intelligence and (self-)leadership: the key to successful cooperation

Emotions - a driver for success and cooperation: In this workshop, participants will learn how emotions can be used specifically for (self-)leadership and cooperation. They will explore how self-awareness and empathy strengthen professional co-operation and what role emotional balance plays in acting with confidence. Practical exercises provide concrete impulses for consciously managing your own emotions, understanding others better and acting in a growth-oriented manner.

Objective:

  • Gain knowledge about emotions and emotional intelligence
  • Strengthening (self-)awareness of emotions and thoughts as the key to self-control
  • Develop individual solutions for dealing with emotions
  • Use emotions as resources for your own goals
  • Understanding others: Finding a balance between emotions and rationality in the work context
  • Developing a foundation course for trusting and effective cooperation

 

Strengthen resilience: Mindful and successful at work

Navigating calmly through stormy times: in this workshop, participants will learn how to strengthen their resilience in a targeted manner and how to deal with stress at work in a mindful way. Breathing and mindfulness exercises promote inner calm, while elements of positive psychology focus on resources and positive emotions. The aim is to become a stronger, more focussed and self-confident master of challenges.

Objective:

  • Recognising and understanding your own resilience factors
  • Identify and reflect on stressors
  • Use mindfulness and breathing techniques in a targeted manner
  • Using positive emotions and resources for more serenity
  • Develop strategies to maintain long-term health, focus and performance
