  • What topics would you like to see?

  • What would you like to pass on to the university?

Address

mamomi | café weinbar studio - Stepgesstraße 21, 41061 Mönchengladbach

Food & drinks

The mamomi has an attractive drinks menu and a few snacks to savour. Fortunately, we are allowed to use the mamomi as a "closed society" for groups of 60 people or more. As the faculties are financing the keynote speech and materials for discussion, we ask for your understanding that food and drinks in mamomi are ordered at your own expense.

A meeting, a festival, the very finest programme.

The first cultural education alumni meeting and the conference festival are celebrating their premiere together, not entirely unintentionally. The festival is based on the idea that cultural and creative players are important engines and drivers of innovation for a city worth living in. For processes of urban culture and the creative industries, "blank spaces" offers a new kind of space for discourse and experience. As part of the alumni meeting, we are offering a joint visit to the festival on 23 October 2025 at 15:00.

Programme item: Panel - Shaping a tomorrow worth living. The performative role of art, culture & media for a fairer and more empathetic society. With Ulla Heinrich (Managing Director Missy Magazine), Prof. Dr Natasha A. Kelly (artist, communication sociologist), Çağdaş Yüksel (filmmaker, producer), Prof. Dr Felix Kosok (design scientist, author)

Start: 15:00, Haus Erholung, Johann-Peter-Boelling-Platz, 41061 Mönchengladbach
