How can you combine demanding studies with a career? What opportunities does an MBA degree open up for personal career development? The Hochschule Niederrhein (HSNR) offers answers to these and many other questions in its upcoming online information events on the career-integrated MBA programme "Leadership & Management".
The information events will take place on 23 October and 20 November, both at 18:30 via Zoom. In addition to insights into the structure, content and objectives of the degree programme, participants can look forward to a special highlight: a graduate of the MBA programme will talk live about her personal experiences - from her motivation for the studies to the compatibility with everyday working life and the new perspectives that opened up for her after graduation.
The MBA "Leadership & Management" is aimed at specialists and managers from all sectors who want to expand their skills in the areas of leadership, management and strategic corporate development. The studies with a practical emphasis / orientation shed light on key future topics such as digitalisation, agile leadership methods, HR management and the influence of artificial intelligence on modern leadership cultures.
Experienced university teachers / lecturers from science and practice ensure an intensive transfer between theory and professional application. After four semesters of standard time to degree (in semesters), participants earn the internationally recognised title "Master of Business Administration (MBA)" - and thus the best prerequisites for the next career step in business or administration.
