In addition to the central Equal Opportunities Officer, each faculty at our university has decentralised representatives. They offer counselling, support and information for all students and employees directly where their everyday lives take place. At the same time, they support the central Equal Opportunities Officer in all tasks and matters, including participation in application and appointment procedures.
The Equal Opportunities Officers are your contacts for all questions relating to gender equality, gender discrimination and sexism. If you are affected yourself or know someone who is, they are there for you - confidentially, as they are subject to a legal duty of confidentiality.
