Digital info event on major scholarship programs
Many students believe that they only have a chance at a scholarship if they have top grades. The good news: that's not true at all!
The many funding institutions that award scholarships to students each year are mostly nonprofit foundations. And because these foundations have very different orientations, they select their scholarship students according to other, very different criteria in addition to grades. Examples include, according to the area of specialisation, the applicant's background, personal circumstances, career history, voluntary work, etc. The search for a suitable scholarship is therefore worthwhile for everyone.
To give you an overview of the diverse scholarship landscape, we are hosting a digital info event on November 16, 2023. We will give a general introduction to the topic of scholarships and present the scholarship advisory service of the HS Niederrhein. In addition, representatives of some study foundations will present their scholarship programs and eligibility criteria. Of course, you will have ample opportunity to ask individual questions.
