Professional mentoring
The aim of professional mentoring in the KLiQG | HSNR project is to receive and discuss tips and advice on personal issues in the workplace and on the strategy for one's own professional career after the recognition phase in a confidential discussion situation with experienced mentors.
This includes topics such as
- Appropriate communication and behavior in the workplace,
- Strengthening resilience in stressful situations,
- opportunities for continuing education,
- questions about social security,
- information about the job description, etc.
Clear target agreements are defined in advance to ensure the success of this partnership over a period of 6 - 8 months. A matching process is a prerequisite for a good mentoring relationship. The organization of the meetings is the responsibility of the tandem itself.
