30 under 30 @ Zukunft Personal brings together 30 selected talents under the age of 30 for two exclusive days. Together with four mentors from Recruiting, Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Corporate Health, they will work on the central issues of the future of HR, develop new ideas and make valuable contacts in the HR community.
The programme is aimed at young talents who want to contribute their perspectives, collaborate with other ambitious young professionals and actively shape the future of HR. In addition to content-related impulses, 30 under 30 primarily offers visibility, exchange and access to a strong HR community at Zukunft Personal Europe 2026.
