Are you studying at The Hochschule Niederrhein and interested in gaining deeper insights into the professional world of a small or medium-sized company? Are you open to new ideas and willing to invest additional time in your professional development? Then you should apply to be a mentee in our mentoring programme.
As a mentee, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your personal and professional development through the support of an experienced mentor over a period of six months. You will gain access to company networks and can gain a realistic insight into the everyday working life of a specialist or manager. You will have the opportunity to develop new perspectives for yourself. Discover strengths and weaknesses and receive constructive feedback on your views and behaviour.
As a mentee, you should be open, reliable and committed. Respect for each other should be maintained at all times. In addition to the meetings, you can take part in workshops organised by The Hochschule Niederrhein free of charge. Whether you and your mentor also agree on an internship is your joint decision.
