We warmly welcome Vivian Dörr and Stefan Odrowski to the HNX team and are delighted to have their support. With their respective perspectives and experience, they enrich our team and strengthen our work as start-up coaches in start-up counselling at The Hochschule Niederrhein.
With a master's degree in business psychology and extensive experience in marketing, coaching and international project management, Vivian is ideally qualified to accompany founders on their way. With a passion for fashion design and travelling, she brings a broad spectrum of creative impulses and supports the successful implementation of ideas with sensitivity.
Stefan became a founder himself during his studies and is still a passionate content creator on YouTube today. His strengths therefore include not only a great affinity for digital topics, but also the ability to empathise with the reality of life for students interested in founding a company.
