We apologise for the short notice of this information.
During the annual renewal of the digital certificate we discovered that the PKI provider Telekom Trust-Center had changed the underlying certificate authority with effect from 21 May 2026 without prior notice.
You can carry out the necessary adjustments to the client-side Wi-Fi configuration yourself using the information, files and supporting configuration tools provided.
The updated instructions and required files are now available on the Moodle e-learning platform (German only) via the following links:

client-side adjustments can be carried out in full in the run-up to 26 June 2026, meaning that the certificate changeover from 25 to 26 June will be transparent to you, provided the necessary adjustments have been made.
For the Android operating system, it is not possible to carry out all adjustments in advance; in this case, only the additional CA certificates can be installed beforehand, so that the adjustments or a new setup can then be carried out on 26 June within the existing configuration.
It is not yet possible to use the iHN app to set up or adjust Wi-Fi profiles. We will inform you as soon as the iHN app can be used again for Wi-Fi setup.
