Last Monday was all about compatibility:
How can we as Niederrhein University support people with care responsibilities, whether they are studying or working?
The various status groups, family services and equal opportunities were also present.
On the basis of two previous workshops, we developed guiding principles for a family-friendly / family-friendly university under the guidance of Elena Buksmann.
Now it's time to refine the guiding principles.
After all, if you want to be a sustainable educational institution and employer, you have to take into account the individual circumstances of its members - especially when it comes to such fundamentally important tasks as childcare and nursing.
