25 ideas were submitted to the competition, the majority of which addressed the topic of balancing family and career or studies.
"The ideas submitted were diverse and showed that there is still a need for action on the part of the university - whether it be publicizing existing offers or developing further support services," says Prof. Lake, Chair of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
The best ideas will be awarded at an official awards ceremony on 29.10.2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Shedhalle on the Krefeld-West campus.
