Before submitting an application for credit transfer from a previous degree programme or vocational training, please read the "Information sheet on the transfer of academic achievements" (click here).

There are two different cases for the transfer of credits:

 

1. you are already registered in the degree programme for which you wish to apply for credit transfer

The application for recognition should be made promptly after registration, i.e. in the first weeks of the semester.Once examination achievements have been taken, recognition of previous achievements is no longer possible.

It is not possible to submit a repeated application ("piecemeal") unless the previous achievement to be recognised has been added after the last application for recognition.

Please read the "Information sheet on crediting academic achievements" (see above) carefully and then submit the application for crediting "Case 1" (click here).

 

Case 2: You are not yet enrolled in the degree programme for which you wish to receive credit transfer

Please note: In order to meet the application deadline for the summer or winter semester (15.3. or 15.9.), your application for "Recognition of credits with placement in a higher specialisation semester" must be submitted to the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences by 15.2. or 15.8. with complete documents.

Please read the "Information sheet on the recognition of academic achievements" (see above) carefully and then submit the application for recognition "Case 2" (click here).
