In the painting workshop, students have the opportunity to prime and paint models and objects. The work objective is the creation of flawless surfaces and the simulation of material connotations. Students are taught the practical skills needed to create surfaces. This includes experimentation with typical and non-painter materials and materials, such as polyester resins, various plastics, and less common paints. The goal of experimentation is to use these materials and the techniques used to create the most realistic surfaces possible for models such as house wall surfaces, gardens, or roof structures.
