We, Team 02, have developed a solution concept for Rheydt's inner city to reduce the
rising vacancy rate. In our concept development we focused on culture,
mobility and sustainability. We have developed a building that will create living space
and also serve as a cultural and sustainable center for the city center. Through a flyer
