Successful Participation of Our Working Group at LOPEC 2024 in Munich

Our working group enthusiastically participated in LOPEC 2024 and considers the event a complete success. LOPEC (International Exhibition and Conference for Printed Electronics) took place from March 5th to 7th, 2024, in Munich, providing an ideal platform for exchange and collaboration within the industrial sector.

Throughout the event, we had the privilege of engaging in numerous stimulating conversations, establishing new contacts, and reconnecting with familiar faces. The opportunity to interact with experts and industry leaders expanded our perspectives and provided new impulses for future projects.

Our contributions at LOPEC 2024 resonated strongly both within the scientific community and the industry. The presentation by Prof. Dr. Nannen, titled "Quantum Dot Light-emitting Electrochemical Cells (QLECs) based on Cd-free Quantum Dots," attracted a diverse audience and sparked lively discussions on future applications and challenges. Through our posters "Quantum dot-based electro-luminescent textiles" (Julia Demmer, M. Eng.), "Sensitive, Filament-Based Strain and Pressure Sensors Using Silicone, Carbon and Metal Particles" (Rike Brendgen, B. Sc.), and "Textile-based primary battery using an all-natural starch-based gel electrolyte" (Sandra Gellner, M. Sc.), we showcased the diversity of our research in flexible and textile electronics, engaging in stimulating discussions with professionals interested in the latest advancements in this field. The highly inspiring exchange and extremely positive feedback reinforce our commitment and motivate us to continue our development of printed electronics.

LOPEC 2024 proved to be an outstanding opportunity to explore the latest developments and innovations in the field of printed electronics. Our working group is motivated and inspired to incorporate these insights into our ongoing and future research projects.

We sincerely thank the organizers of LOPEC 2024 and eagerly anticipate continued successful collaboration in the future.
