Last week, HNX, HSNR's startup advisory team was actively represented at Campusfest. This year the festival was all about sports. In bright sunshine, students, employees and also the chancellor, Prof. Dr. Fabienne Köller-Marek, of our Hochschule Niederrhein bent, knotted and moved fast on the HNX Twister mat. Even in the founding phase or the first active years of a StartUps, it is often necessary to be agile and change direction.
In our sporting neighborhood, part of the Krefeld Penguins team was also present with a booth. The team manager and former DEL professional, Adrian Grygiel, as well as the Pinguine goalie, Matthias Bittner, took time for talks or 1:1 coaching of field hockey interested people. We as HNX coaches also take enough time for people interested in founding a company - no matter if in a personal conversation or in special and individually designed workshops.
Right next door, the Krefeld Ravens offered the opportunity to try your hand at American Football. Throwing the egg-shaped football into a net seems easier than you think.
Success follows focus and determination: athletes have clear goals in mind and do everything they can to achieve them. In the business context, too, it is crucial to set clear goals and to pursue them with focus. HNX helps to create a plan for implementation.
