Our services for you!

Nowadays, those who decide to pursue studies are confronted with high performance requirements and unfavourable conditions, whereby an optimum of organization and resilience is required.

The aim of psychosocial counseling is to learn how to deal constructively with high demands and personal crises, both now and in the future. After all, in addition to a prompt and successful degree, you should also enjoy the good things about your studies!

Counseling is based on the concept of "helping people to help themselves". This means that we work with you to analyze the context and causes, develop new problem-solving strategies and find individual solutions.

When does it make sense to seek advice?

So if you have questions or difficulties in your studies or everyday life, if you are looking for personal development through coaching or mental training, if you simply need to talk or if you have an unclear concern, the counseling center is the right place for you.

Our counseling is a service to be used as a matter of course and does not presuppose any self-definition as ill or deficient. The aim of psychosocial counseling is for students to acquire problem-solving skills in order to deal appropriately with personal crises and high demands, both now and in the future. Because if you want to study successfully and happily, you can achieve this. We from the Counseling Center team will be happy to help you with this.
