I would be happy to supervise your bachelor, master or project assignment in the areas of personnel and organization.

If you are interested, please send me a written request including a topic proposal by e-mail. Problems finding a topic idea? Get inspired e.g. here.

Since all three types of written work are scientific texts, they have to meet certain criteria regarding content and form. For bachelor's and master's theses, you are also required to write and submit an exposé in advance. The most important information and also literature (tips) are available in my moodle room Hints for degree and project assignments (enrollment key on the page).

For further questions on scientific work (e.g. composition, structure, literature research, etc.), please visit the current moodle course FB10 Writing Scientific Texts: Contents (enrollment key on the side).

Since I get more and more questions about "gendering", you can find the university's brochure on gender-inclusive languagehere. If you are also interested in the question whether we should gender at all, you can find an interesting and scientifically based article here.
