Stress-free studying - with alpacas by your side

Two dates in June. Practical tools. Fluffy four-legged friends. And an exchange that's really good for you.

Exam stress, a full diary, no breathing space. Do you recognise this? Then these two dates are just right for you.
The Student Degree Programme Counselling invites you: Two special offers await you in June 2026: free of charge and open to all HSNR students.

Workshop: Stress-free studies
Wednesday, 17 June 2026 | 6-9 pm | Campus MG, Room XE12
Three hours in which you will learn how to live mindfulness in your everyday studies. No theory for theory's sake. You will take away concrete tools that you can use immediately.
The workshop takes place during the late shift.

Excursion: Mindful with alpacas
Friday, 26 June 2026 | 10 am - 1 pm | Alpakahof in Brüggen
Get out of the university routine and into nature. A guided walk with alpacas, mindfulness exercises and the space to just be.

Important: Please only register if you can be there on both dates. You organise your own journey to Brüggen. Carpooling is welcome.
Register by 14 June 2026 by email to: studienverlaufsberatungfb09@hs-niederrhein.de
Write briefly why you would benefit from attending. You will receive a confirmation by email.
An offer from Sabine Fongar (FB06) and Svenja Treppinger (FB09), resilience trainers from the Student Degree Programme Counselling.
