About the ONLINE Certificate Course

Due to increasing digitalization and mechanization, but also due to change requests from customers, companies and organizations have to adapt very quickly to complex conditions that are sometimes difficult to predict. This results in a variety of change projects in all areas of the company that you want to implement optimally. Learn how to apply basic principles of change management in your own projects in a target-oriented way and how to promote agile collaboration in your team. A changed understanding of leadership and the control of team dynamics are basic prerequisites for agility.

This ONLINE certificate course teaches central aspects of change management and agility. In addition, you will be qualified for the PPSP®, a new, agile analysis and control instrument for psychosocial processes in projects.

Course objectives

With successful degree of the course you will be able to:

  • Apply key change management practices to your own projects.
  • Know the meaning of agility and the benefits of agile team methods for change projects.
  • Understand and differentiate the importance of psycho-social and group dynamic processes in projects.
  • To know the foundation courses and the methodological approach in applying the PPSP® as an agile group method for change projects.

Target group

Project leaders, team leaders, managers, junior managers, members of the works council and staff council, specialists (e.g. QM officers) and experienced employees from companies, administrations and organizations who manage and coordinate (sub-)projects.

Teaching and learning education

The certificate course, held in an interactive seminar format, is divided into ONLINE presentations and self-study phases. It is characterized by a mix of short impulse lectures, exercises, small group work, discussion and case work. Online materials support the self-learning phase. Due to the limited number of participants, individual problems and questions can be addressed.

  • Participation fee: € 729.00 | Alumni (5% discount) € 693.00
  • Participation requirements: University degree with at least one year of professional experience or other professional degree with at least three years of professional experience. You will need an Internet-enabled PC (Zoom as a video conferencing service) as well as a headset if necessary. For the optional thesis, it is advantageous if participants can describe a concrete project.
  • Scope (workload): 50 h, of which 16 h ONLINE presence, 2 ECTS.
