Target group
The consecutive, English-language Master's degree programme in International Management builds on the knowledge acquired in a Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration and is therefore aimed at prospective students who have already successfully completed a Bachelor's or equivalent degree programme with a business focus.
Aim of the course
In an environment characterised by rapid economic change, technological progress, ever-increasing internationalisation and globalisation as well as changes in society and its values, the Master's degree course in International Management aims to prepare graduates for activities in international corporate management. By teaching the theory-based and always application-oriented content of the course, students are enabled to recognise and analyse processes and problems of business practice in an international environment, to develop economically justified solutions and to take into account extracurricular references.
Furthermore, graduates should acquire an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to management and be able to apply the various aspects and perspectives of the concepts of sustainable development, the moral and ethical foundations of business and the management of social responsibility.
Furthermore, the students' professional, methodological and social competences are to be further developed with a view to their future career opportunities.
