As a manager, you have to make many decisions every day. Among them are issues that need your special attention, because your decisions are meant to persist beyond the day and must be carefully weighed. Decisions are often based on a mix of the analysis of the current situation, the specifications for the target state, personal previous experiences, our own current stress level and the influence of the people around us. Therefore, conscious decision making always has two components, a methodical part and a self-reflective part. In our continuing education programme "Making decisions consciously" you will learn to consider these two components in order to make decisions with which you feel comfortable and which at the same time will last longer.
