Target group
The consecutive Master's degree programme "International Management", taught in English, builds on the knowledge acquired in a Bachelor's degree programme in Business Administration and Economics and is thus aimed at prospective students who have already successfully completed a Bachelor's degree programme or an equivalent programme with a business orientation.
Aim of the studies
In an environment characterized by rapid economic change, by technical progress, by increasingly far-reaching internationalization and globalization as well as by changes in society and its values, the Master's degree programme "International Management" pursues the aim of preparing graduates for activities in international corporate management. By teaching the theory-based and always application-oriented contents of the Degree programme, students are enabled to recognize and analyze processes and problems of business practice in an international environment, to work out economically justified solutions and to take into account extracurricular references.
Furthermore, graduates should acquire an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to management and be able to apply the different aspects and perspectives of the concepts of sustainable development, the moral-ethical foundations of business and the management of social responsibility.
Furthermore, the students' professional, methodological and social competencies are to be further developed in a targeted manner with a view to their future career opportunities.
